This Pizzolatto sparkling wine is made from 100% Merlot grapes and has an alcohol content of 10.5%. With floral and fruity aromas and a soft and delicate aroma, it is ideal as an aperitif or as a light appetizer or with fish/raw dishes. Recommended serving temperature is 4 to 6°C.
