1.1. The Family Card is a unified loyalty card for the Carrefour supermarket chain, allowing Customers to accumulate points with one card and redeem them at any of the mentioned stores.

1.2. The Family Card is not a bank card, is not a payment instrument, and does not allow cash withdrawal.

1.3. Using the Family Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.4. When making a purchase on the website, accumulated bonus points can only be applied to the value of the products. The delivery fee cannot be paid with bonus points and must be paid separately using the selected payment method.

2.1. You can become a Family Card holder by visiting any supermarket branch or by signing into your personal account on carrefour.am and creating a digital/virtual card.

2.2. To become a cardholder, you must fill in the following details: first name, last name, phone number, and email address, which are stored in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

2.3. The Family Card can be digitized using the mobile application.

3.1. During purchases, the Customer accumulates 1% of the purchase amount, including discounted products.

4.1. The supermarket reserves the right to modify these terms of use without prior notice.

4.2. All changes will be published on the supermarket’s official website or in-store and will take effect upon publication.
