Cheese camembert Castello 125g

Soft cheese with white mold. Mass fraction of fat in dry matter 50%. Very soft, delicate, melts quickly. Intense, spicy taste. It ha s a light mushroom flavor and an exceptionally delicate texture. Use camembert for baked goods, salads, or serve in a cheese platter with figs and honey. Store at 4±2˚C temperature.
