Pommery Grand Cru Royal Millésimé 2009 is a premium French vintage Champagne from the Champagne region, produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards. It has a pale golden colour with fine, elegant bubbles and an expressive bouquet featuring honeysuckle, acacia blossom, dried fig, violet and blueberry notes. The palate is precise and mineral-driven, with a velvety texture and delicate flavours of almond, linden blossom, toast and pink grapefruit. Best served at 8–10°C.
