Ingredients: Rings made from 40% reconstituted giant squid paste (Dosidicus gigas), coated in 60% batter, pre-fried and frozen.
Giant squid 27% (Dosidicus gigas), wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt, egg albumin, sugar, garlic, yeast, acidity regulators: citric acid, potassium carbonate and sodium citrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, thickeners: carrageenan and guar gum, natural lemon flavouring, glucose syrup, stabiliser: polyphosphates, raising agents: sodium carbonate and sodium diphosphate, colouring: riboflavin.
