Dallmayr prodomo combines Arabica coffee beans from the highland plantations of Ethiopia (Sidamo and Harar), Colombia and Brazil, forming a balanced blend. Its typical taste is given to it primarily by Arabica beans from the fertile southern provinces of Ethiopia - the birthplace of coffee. Here in the highlands, coffee beans are harvested, grown mainly in virgin forests or on small private farms. Then The grains are "washed" using a special technology, which further improves their quality."
