Pancakes with chocolate and berries

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/3 cup of sugar

Step 1: In a deep container, mix together the egg, milk and vanilla. Sift the flour so that it is enriched with oxygen, add sugar, add the mass with milk on it, mix until you get a homogeneous mass.

Step 2: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, cover it with butter. Add the appropriate amount of mixture to the pan, cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes on each side, until pores appear on the dough. Move to a plate. Repeat the operation and cook the whole mass in the same way.

Step 3: Serve with chocolate cream and berries.

  • 4 croissants

Quinoa Meatballs Oriental Recipe

  • 500g of minced turkey meat
  • 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp spicy red sauce
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp hot red sauce to taste
  • 2 tsp corn starch

Step 1: Preheat the pan to 200°C. Lightly coat an oven dish with oil.

Step 2: In a large bowl, add the ground turkey, quinoa, garlic, onion, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot red sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon or your hands, then make 18-20 medium-sized meatballs from the mixture.

Step 3: Place the meatballs in an oiled oven dish and cook for 18-20 minutes until the meatballs are lightly browned.

Step 4: To make the sauce, in a preheated saucepan over medium-high heat, stir the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, hot curry sauce, and 1/2 cup water until boiling.

Step 5: Then, in a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of water, stir and add to the simmering sauce, cook for about 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Step 6: Serve the meatballs cooked in the oven together with the hot sauce, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, and other greens as desired.

Salad with colorful peppers

  • 3 colored peppers
  • 1 small red onion
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 1 tsp of rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ portion feta cheese, shredded
  • Freshly ground black pepper/ salt

 

Step 1: Chop the colored peppers, onions and parsley

Step 2: Add rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, pepper and mix well.

Step 3: Then cover the salad and refrigerate for about 20 minutes

Step 4: Take the mixture out of the fridge, add feta cheese on top and serve
